Long Lasting Lipsticks

In case you weren’t aware…

We’re in a pandemic!

Masks are becoming mandatory in a lot of jurisdictions and that has a caused problem for beauty queens like me… because lipstick either ends up all over my face or it just comes right off onto my mask.

The world is full of problems. Some are solvable and others are not. Luckily, I have a solution for lipstick lovers in the time of COVID! (Yes, that’s a reference to García Márquez’ Love in the Time of Cholera)

Long wearing lipstick is tricky, my friends. There is definitely a learning curve and you need some extra care, especially if you're going to be wearing it daily. These lipsticks will dry you out if you're not careful. Definitely make sure you are using a lip balm as part of your skin care routine and try to scrub once or twice a week to make sure all the dead skin cells are out of the way. If you're flaking a lot, it may be time to take a break and try some tinted lip balms (more on that later...)

Check out this video for tips on wearing liquid and long-lasting lipsticks.
