Makeup and a Song-Wedding Edition ft. Storybook Love from The Princess Bride
This weekend I would have made the journey up to Grand Prairie to celebrate Katrina and Justin's wedding. Sadly, non-essential travel is still banned and I can't be there in person. However, I am with them in spirit. I will watch the video they send out and raise a toast to the happy couple! I cannot wait to be able to congratulate you in person!
In the meantime, I thought I'd do a tutorial on bridal makeup. This would also make a great special occasion look. My philosophy is bridal makeup should be whatever you want it to be. If you like bold lips, then do that. If you like rainbow eyeshadow (like my children do!) then do that. You do you!
In this tutorial, I chose a classic bridal look with neutral colours that will stand the test of time. Regardless, all brides are radiant and beautiful. You should be able to look back on your pictures and remember how happy you were on such a special day.
I cap it off with a classic wedding song (my eldest sister danced to it at her own wedding)--Storybook Love from The Princess Bride.
